In General Mail Options, what's "Theme Controlled? mean/do compared to the other options: combined (self-explanatory) and Seperate (ditto).

Some themes automatically have a separate sms icon and some don't. That option just leaves it up to the theme default.

does the theme handle the mms/sms/messages or are they getting mms/sms folders. i dont think i have seen a theme that changes how sms/mms/messages get filtered.

For example, on a "normal" stock Today theme, the messages tab gets ALL messages, SMS, MMS, email.


On the Vodafone today, it has separate tabs, one for SMS/MMS
And one for Email.
