hey guys i have an 8830 from bell and something wired happened..i was sending a pin and it just crashed on my and the red led was on..so i toke out the battery and tried to press the power button and it gives me the hour glass running afther a red light again???

first, hold the battery out a min, and replace. If the red LED and hourglass continue, you will likely be a candidate for using JL_cmder to wipe, and restore the OS.

Ouch. I am hoping (Fingers crossed) that you have a backup. You will need to try and re-load the OS.

have you tried what JS suggested and leaving the battery out for a minute then trying the boot up? also, how long do you see the hourglass? does it just reboot or does it sit on the hourglass for a long time
