Default Only displaying "today's" messages ??

Please Login to Remove!

I'm supporting a user remotely. He says his Blackberry Curve is only displaying today's messages. He says it started yesterday. Today he no longer even sees yesterday's messages. It sounds like a filter or something but I can't think of what it could be. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Could be a low memory issue. Ask that user to check Options > Status > File Free, and give you that exact number. You can report it here.

If it is a low memory issue:

3474710, plenty! I had him pull the battery, but no luck, still just showing today's emails. Really strange.

Hmmm..could it be that he changed a setting to only keep messages for 1 day?

Messages -> MENU -> Options -> General Options

..just a thought

That is NOT plenty. That is extremely low. See the links I posted above.
