i have got it to sync music and podcasts to my curve but am wondering how i go about deleting items

i want to delete some podcasts from my curve as i've listened to them and wonder the best way.

Do i delete them from itunes or the curve?

answered it myself

delete it from the itunes and then the sync does the rest

Syncing the BB phones with iTunes would be very great for BB users. Though it could spell doom for the iPhone.
