My friend downloaded this template and his phone died. Basically after the template was installed it restarted and never came back on. Any ideas? worked fine on my phone

Im using an 8310 with 4.5.0.37 and the OTA will download and install, but its not listed in my themes folder at all. Do I need the plazmic reader first?

I downloaded the reader and opened application loader and tried to install the alx file but its saying "No Additional Applications were found for your device" So Im lost completely. If anyone could help Id appreciate it!

UPDATE:

So I couldnt install the Berry or OSX. However, I got the precision to install. I removed every theme file except for bb zen and thats what the precision calls for. Anyone know which original themes the berry or OSX calls for so I can get them installed?

UPDATE 2:
For those who optimized their bbs memory and moved all but the theme they use over to the removed modules folder, move back the ones that came with your bb. These themes need those to be read in the themes option, and to work in general.

I have the 8100 and I just dl'd the themes but for some reason they are not showing up on my themes list. I did the reboot. Is there something else that I am missing?

After installing a theme make sure to do a battery pull or it may not show up under Themes ;)

Two things... I don't know if you noticed, but they took the Precision L theme down until they do a final build and release it since it was Beta and not working properly or something.

Another thing: I sent this problem to Mr. B and hopefully he can help get it fixed, but I'll post the theme problem here too that I haven't seen anyone else mention yet:


I have taken screenshots of the Precision Zen 1.2 (updated) theme to show how it shows a white font over a really light blue or white background causing it to be unreadable in the Google Talk application. I was wondering if this could get passed on to someone who can edit the theme to fix the problem as other people have told me they have the same issue on another forum. Again, as far as I know this only happens in Google Talk. Also, I realize this is the fixed 1.2 version of the theme but this particular font color problem was not fixed I suppose. Here are 2 screenshots showing the problem in Google Talk as well as 2 more showing that it is in fact the Precision Zen 1.2 theme.

As you can see in the 2nd pic, the box after the word "Message:" has a full message typed in it but you can only read one letter where the cursor is highlighting it and you can't read the rest. Also you can see how the font is white over a light blue background in both the 1st and 2nd pics making it very difficult to read as well. Please someone fix this for those of us who use Google Talk!!!!
