After falling in love with my Blackberry 8830 for the last 8 months, it suddenly failed me. Although i can receive email, for some reason I can not forward, reply, or send any email. The message I get is that there is "...an invalid address..."

I've tried rebotting (removing the battery) and re registering on the network, but nothing seems to resolve the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

BIS or BES? If it's BIS login to the BIS site and resend the service books.

You will need to ask your BES Admin for assistance. Others may have suggestions but you have tried all that I would recommed.
