Maybe it literally sucks? That wouldn't be a bad thing.

I understand the BB operable app is new. Perhaps it doesn't include the sucking feature?

Issue #1 for me is that it starts up and failed to connect to the licence server. I assume it requires the TCP settings, which I don't have set up (because O2 charges me a fortune for non-BIS use).

I've used this program on my Treo when I had it and I loved it. I was able to connect to aim, yahoo, gtalk and u also have the option of adding icq, msn and one other chat client which i cant think of off the top of my head. Anyhow, I would d/l it I already have yahoo and gtalk and having isn't a big enough deal for me to d/l this program and not fully utilize it. But as I said I loved it on my Treo I'm sure it will be great for BB's as well.

While the software looks nice, and has a pretty decent feature set. I have found that it has a horrible time maintaining a connection. Gave it a go for a day, and i find myself spoiled by jivetalk.
I do like the alert features. I like the small beeps and short very quick vibration(i dont believe its available in jive).
Either way, no need to try this if you have jivetalk.

I forgot some of my passwords but overall it is alright. when i was one AIM, i got an i/m from a friend and it took me a minute to figure out how i can view the im. So in my opinion it is a great app. to have. I will update yall later wen i get more familiar with it.

Thanks, I am very curious about the conferencing feature... does it work well and can you conference between IM services--say one user on AIM , two on G-Talk and another on Yahoo?
