Default Sent mail

Please Login to Remove!

I'm totally new to Blackberry devices, just bought a 7100t. (I'm also a Mac user looking for solutions there, too, but that's another thread).

When I send mail, the sent message appears in my Message list (the one that says "T-Mobile" at the top. Is there any way to NOT have these sent messages appear in that list? Or, is there a way to have my Inbox be the default box in that message list?

I hope this makes sense -- as I say, I'm new to this and maybe am not understanding how to use the Messages function correctly (I see that it's more than just email).

Thanks in advance

Not sure if you can turn that functionality off but regarding Mac & BlackBerry, not sure what you're looking for but my guess for one of the apps would be sync software - if so, use PocketMac. I use it to sync my BB to my Powerbook and it works flawlessly. With PocketMac, you could also use iSync to sync your BB.

I believe that "saving sent messages" is an option in the BWC. With the BWC option de-selected, I would expect Saved Message to be deleted when choose "Reconcile Now" on the BB.

Thanks. Yes, I've already purchased PocketMac and find it to be very good. It's sycning with Entourage for me with no problems at all.

I do wish I could load apps on my 7100 from my Mac, though. For now, I have access to a PC lab, so that'll have to do.

Love the 7100 so far!
