I am trying to set up my BB8830 to receive my hotmail account emails via push through my vzw.blackberry.net account facilitated by izymail. What's the difference between "combined" versus "theme controlled" on the email settings? thanks.

That setting is for SMS messages.
"Combined" will deliver SMS messages to the same mailbox as your email.

You can have them delivered to a separate mailbox by changing that setting to 'Separate' or 'Theme Controlled' if the theme is set to separate them automatically.

If I've set up things so that izymail pushes hotmail email through my vzw.blackberry.net account, on my BB device under Message Options/Email Settings, should I set Message Services to the vzw account or to the hotmail account? I can't figure out which one to use in order to start sending and receiving my hotmail emails. I'm only using vzw.blackberry.net account as a means to get my hotmail email sent to my device.
