Sorry for the silly question, but where can I see what service pack is installed on a BES server? The BES version is 3.6.4.8 but I can't find anything about what service pack is applied.

I did search the forum before posting this, I promise!

Start//Settings//Control Panel//Add-Remove Programs
Highlight the BES and click on Support Information.

I'm guessing BES 3.6 SP 4 is what your BES server properties are telling you.

I checked under the Support Information and it says 3.6.4 so I think you're right when you say it's SP4.
