Default New Folders

Because my users want full sync (or as close to it as we can get) I always go into the redirection tab on the BES, uncheck the option to redirect Inbox and Sent Items and instead check all of their folders. When my users create a new folder, it doesn't get automaticaly get checked, so it doesn't get mail. Is there a way to automate this?
