Good question I've thought of a lot. I'd kill to be able to include my activation FAQ in the activation e-mail!
Also wish, at minimum, the generated activation e-mail included the primary SMTP address of the user. We have lots of users with multiple addresses. The primary is sometimes not the one they think of as being their e-mail address. So I always have to include the primary SMTP address with my FAQ because that's the only one that will work.
