Is there a setting in Viigo that allows it to download and store the full article for each feed when it updates rather than just the header? I usually go through my feeds on the way home on the underground train so I have no signal to fetch the full article at that time. Ideally I would like to run an update before I leave work and download all the full articles before catching the train. I went through the options menus and didn't see anything related to this.

I dont think you can do it although it would be a great addition to an already superb bit of software.

I believe that the amount of data sent over is based on the setting used for the actual RSS feed and is not controlled by Viigo.

Actually FreeRange has a setting allowing this but I prefer the look and layout of Viigo. If this isn't an option in Viigo, I may consider switching.

looks like you solved your own problem. However, freerange is only free for up to 10 feeds. Not sure how many feeds you have....

If I know I am going to be somewhere like a train or plane with no network access, I usually go to some of my feeds with longer articles and go ahead and click "Full Article". I find that then later on when you are in a no network area you can still go back to the ones you clicked full article on before.
