I need some help.
I am using BIS and 'accidentally' installed desktop redirector in an effort to reconcile email.
Anyway I am getting hundreds of emails from . The ones that say don't delete, respond, etc.
Anyway I want them to stop and cannot figure out how to turn off the redirector.
I uninstalled DM and reinstalled DM with BIS as the option. Now I can't get to anyway to turn it off.
Any direction on how to do this?

I see some desktop service books but don't want to mess with them.
I think I finally screwed myself. It has taken almost 1.5 years of BB use.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well if that's the worst you have done you are in pretty good shape!!!

It is 100% safe to delete the service books! Menu>Options>Advanced Options>Service books (Delete any service book called CCAL[xxxxx] and presto no more annoying messages!! If you set up on BES or Redirector you can have them resent.

I asume you meant CICAL. Do I need to delete the Desktop [CMIME] ?

Oh no!! I am so glad that you checked!! Typo on my part!!!

Ok...typing VERY carefully now...

Delete any service booked Entitled DeskTop[xxxxx] this includes CICAL and CMIME.

If you deleted other Service Books log into BIS and resend them.
