Default Route incoming calls to a message

Is there a way to route an incoming call to a pre-recorded message like;

"I am on the phone and see that you are calling, I will call you back when I finish this call - Norm"

Yeah... Change your voice mail recording to "I am on the phone and see that you are calling, I will call you back when I finish this call - Norm" and don't answer....

Seriously, I don't think there is another way.

Why can't a BB do this when WindowsMobile can? RIM should be looking to add more useful features like this.

Too many "useful Features like this" will clog up the Blackberry OS and make it tend to crash and burn just like a Windoes device.

RIM is doing just fine!

I've read that said about windows. All the wonderful things you could ever want that won't work!
