All I can say is I love mine. I use it on the weekends. During the week I charge my 8310 every day. I just put this on on Fri and it goes to Sun powering my flash, gps and everything else. Highly recommend this accessory.

It actually fits quite nicely in the hand and makes it really easy to hold. Some would want this permanently. It's a really nice product.

I've been using the battery & matching cover for a few days now...and agree with what you've posted. Fit and finish is excellent...it lasts me 3+ days without a charge, and that's with moderate-to-heavy data use, and does in fact make the Curve easier to hold in my hand.

Like you, I'm not sure that I would be a daily all-the-time user...but for travel and weekend use, it's a keeper for sure!!

I'll be posting a full review after Thanksgiving...

Agreed great product and they just released a 1500mAh version that uses the standard door. I think that would be great to have too. Recommended for all.

Anyone know if the extended battery is compatible with Seidio's cradle/charger?

Congrats on your first post! Beyond the reviews I and others have done in this thread, I'm not aware of any other reviews. Mine is still working like a champ!

I've had it for about a week and a half, and i'm a VERY heavy user! And I charged it on my first Thursday, and then recharged again on Tuesday night. Then on Sunday night. Then again on Wednesday after using it for a LONG time (talking). But today I held a 3 hour conversation on the phone, and tons of texting via SMS, and then a lot of browsing. I have to say that this is BEST battery I've seen on any phone . Thank's Seidio!
The only problem I see is that the backdoor battery doesn't snap 100%. If you exert enough force, it'll shimmy off. Snapping it back on works like a charm But still. Great battery! Every 3-4 days recharging with VERY HEAVY usage, or 5-6 days with moderate usage. a MUST buy!

So i got my battery and have gone 3 days on its initial charge. If anyone would like (Those who havent bought yet) I would be more than happy to snap a few photos so you can really get an idea as to what its like. I do have one small complaint though, My mirror looked like it was gonna fall off. I took some super glue and that fixed the problem but still.....shouldnt have to do any "mods" to make it right. Also, If anyone wants, Id be willing to give a mini review after I've had it for a little longer.

Now If only I could Find a black faceplate........................

anyone wanna donate a different color faceplate id be very greatfull

so, how good does this battery work when using the mp3 player and/or the video player on the 8300? I am guessing pretty good. I could leave my regular mp3 player at home. LOL

I can't say for sure as I'm usually charging it overnight while I sleep but I do recall charging my phone at work with my PC there one day when I let it get low. It took about 2 hours from nearly dead (charging on USB)

Welcome to the BB forums too!!!
