Please Login to Remove!

I have a customer that is having the following issue, any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

When he receives an email (desktop and blackberry) and replies to it from his desktop the original message he is replying to is sent to his blackberry again.

??

If he is using Gmail he has to log into his bis account from his pc and create a filter for sent messages.

Sorry I searched and didnt find anything. Like I said it wasnt a gmail account.

He has a Microsoft exchange server 2003 with POP3 services running using BIS.
