My 8700 doesn't ring very loud (compared to other cell phone, but not compared to other bb's) is there any way to make (or possibly purchase) a very small external amplifier, so that I actually can here the ring. I do have it set to vibrate & tone, but with all the phantom vibrates, and loose fitting clothing I don't always feel the buzz.

Anyone?

Bundy, the only thing I've been able to do to increase the volume of my ringtones was to actually edit the mp3s and increase the volume in a program called Audacity. Once you have increased the volume, just transfer the ringtone back to your BB and you're good to go. Hope that helps.
