Default help pearl wont start

Please Login to Remove!

I wiped using jlcmder and all reinstalled os but it keep the hour glass spinning

The hourglass will spin for up to 20 minutes at a time during/after an OS upgrade.

It always takes a long time to reboot the first time after an OS upgrade. it will "hang" like this twice during the installation. Just be patient. Don't watch it! Go away and do something else and then come back to it.

I've owned the phone for 3 days and each day it has without warning rebooted and the hour glass takes a longtime... each time.

I like the BB a lot. the 8130 form is wonderful. Bright clear screen.

The OS is a little brittle.

Subsequent reboots (even if from an error) should only take a couple of minutes.
