Hi guys, I have a Plantronics 655 and a 8320 (tmo and .180 software). I can connect the BT headset and it is recognised etc. When I go to make a call though I hear the beeps but then when I get connected no audio is heard in either direction. Headset worked fine on my 8700... Any ideas?
