main screen. on your screen, carrier name must appear as mine is CHINA MOBILE(CHINESE). of course, maybe your are AT&T or OTHERS CARRIERS your network. i mean anybody knows how to change this name language for example from chinese to english or other language etc.

then it looks that it is really that nobody knows how to change the language of network carrier name on main screen on 4.2rom. saddly and hope anybody can try.

Yes, that is how it appears.

There is no way to change this name. It's built into the OS/Sim card.
