Can any one help with a step by step procedure to configure the BlackBerry 8100 (Etisalat carrier) to be used as a modem (for use with a laptop)?

I guess we need seperate setting for configuring the Blackberry modem for the Etisalat service in Dubai.

Does any one have more information on the settings to be used with Etisalat Blackberry modem.

i had it working for my Bold since 2 months, but since mid January 2009 i am unable to log in.
I was using the command: +cgncont=1,"IP","etisalat.ae"
with blank username or password and PPP header disabled.

I called etisalat and they informed me that this is not allowed and it is illegal to use the BB as Tethered Modem.

any help ?
