Hi guys,

I have Blackberry Desktop Software 4.1.1.9 install on my computer and recently whenever I open the program it gives an error saying that it needs the installation files which I do not have. Also when i go to add/remove programs in control panel and try to remove the software I get the same message and am unable to remove the software.

Does anyone know how I can manually remove the software or does anyone possibly have the installation files for 4.1.1.9?

I am also having this problem ... cannot uninstall DM 4.2 asking for *.msi file, dont have it.

Here you go, looks like a bit of work though:

If its looking for the .msi file, just extract it from the DTM setup .exe.
Meaning, change the setup .exe to .zip and extract the contents to a folder.
If all else fails, you can always just delete the folders and purge the registry of the values for it.
