I've had the 8800 for a week and about once a day, I lose my ability to do anything that's data related. Only thing that restores it is popping out the battery. My network signal is strong, this just happens randomly. Anyone else experience this?

I've been experiencing this since May with T-Mobile and BB data support this week has told me that there's a global data outage and that they don't know when it'll be fixed. Yet, I, as well as others I've talked on T-Mobile all over the United States BB and non BB users said that they were dropping reception. I have friends with BB's and other data devices on at&t and Verizon Wireless and they haven't had any issues with data or reception for calls."Global data outage" doesn't sound correct.

I had the same problem yesterday on Cingular (started Friday night). My data services weren't working, but the phone was.

I didn't need to pull the battery though, just a simple reboot got it working again.
