Ugg, I knew it was too good to be true.
There is no way I am buying it with the advertising bar across the top. At least not with it that size. Why does it even need to be there? We know what the program is and who we bought it from. BB screens are small enough as it is. eZainny, you are probably the best developer as for listening to what the people want, and I can assure you no one wants to give up 20% of the screen advertising the program to themselves.
[Edit] Why is that bar not shown on your website screenshots?

Agreed. Which is why I'm now going to make it much smaller. The people have spoken!
I should note that that banner doesn't always stay visible also - it dissapears when you scroll down.
But nevertheless, I'll make it v. small now - and if that kills clarity, it's gone completely.

Can you make it gone completely? I believe 10 out of 10 people will not want to have any banner on their phone screen.
I hate to see any banners on any web site if I have the option, let along on such a small screen on our phone.

Thanks eZainny... You can count me in again. Sorry for the freakout. Actually since it disappears when you scroll down a small bar should not be a problem. But gone completely is probably the best option.

You know what? Consider it done. I try to listen to feedback from users as much as possible and if this is what people want, I'll do it.
Cheers,
eZainny.

while u are doing that is it possible to have an option to go directly back to the inbox, (instead of holding down the esc key for 1sec)
that + the delete key and i think BBSmart is almost perfect =)
I can attest to this man and his quick response to support questions. It's a great program, that makes email on the blackberry much more enjoyable to read.

Yep, that's actually in there now. You can press the 'x' key or select "Exit (x)" from the menu Might not be in the version you have...
I know how badly everyone wants delete in there - I will be working double time to try and get it in but we're nearing release real soon. If it's not in the version that gets released, I can guarantee I'll be doing my absolute best to get it into a free upgrade release very soon after.
Cheers,
eZainny.

Perhaps have the banner there for trial versions and once it's registered the banner is gone.

Call me crazy....but I never thought twice about the banner. During the beta testing it was just there....adn as soon as I scrolled to read the emails, it was gone. Never really bothered me. BUT...it looks like I'm a lone wolf on this one.

Alright, I've been working hard through the day to make this happen and, TADA, it's in! Have a look at the attached screenshot!
You can also press the DEL key as a shortcut.
Cheers,
eZainny.
EDIT: Who wants to read email from Nestle anyway?

Thank you BlackBerry Smart for taking our constructive criticism so well.
Getting rid of the "corporate logo" and adding a delete from within an email message will be big wins.
Please do what you are doing for the email on the blackberry for its PIM next!

eZainny rocks. That is so neat.
One big question out there to people who have this..
I could not for some reason in my life get my email program to let me reply to messages when viewing them in SmartView.. I worked with eZainny with about 50 emails of me trying different things, I did not post this up because no one else had this issue and I didn't want it to seem like there was a problem with his application. I have wiped out my device this morning and installed his application as the first thing after registering OTA. When I hit the reply button a box came up and said "No messenger service has been set up, you will only be able to save a draft". Can anyone help me out figuring out what the hell this means? This is the reason why I reloaded it, no matter what I did (reply to all or reply) within SmartView I could never SEND, I could only save draft or full menu (which did not have send as an option). If I open any email without Smartview and hit "r" for reply, I can send all day. Does anyone have any clue how I can fix this??? Thanks.
Hopefully to give more information, I am using BIS and just a gmail account that's it.
eZainny and I have tried numerous things, wiping out the To: field and rewriting the email addy.. using CC .. many different things did not change the fact that I can only save draft if I view it in his program!
