Send&File-like utility?

I'm looking for a utility that brings up the list of folders in which one can file a sent email (just as if one had selected an email and chosen "File") right after the email is sent, allowing one to file the message right after it's been sent, so that the message doesn't just go right into the Sent Items folder, waiting for one to file it manually into an appropriate folder at a later time. There are these tools for Outlook, and I'm wondering if there's something similar for the BlackBerry. If not, is it within the realm of possibility to program, despite BlackBerry API limitations?
