I have tried everything to get this to show zero. I checked all my emails and all have been opened and read. I even went to show ALL messages and checked "Marked Prior Opened". Still no good. Anyone have any ideas on this???

Reboot. If that doesn't work, do what I did. Get rid of BBToday. It's quite buggy on the new OS's.

I was hoping not to lose bbToday. Still a great app to me and works fine until now. Don't understand.
