Is there a way to keep junk emails from being pushed to my blackberry?

I only give my blackberry email address to friends/family. never use it to sign up for anything. use gmail/yahoo for that type of stuff, they have decent spam filters. =)

That is a very broad question.

Not very easily. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you don't publish your BB mail address anywhere, and only use it to forward mail from another account to it.

If you are getting too much spam/junk from your normal email address (POP email, via BIS), you should filter it at the server BEFORE the BB picks it up.

If you are getting too much spam on your address, there are some suggestions about filtering your BIS account.

Its my business account and unfortunately some of the companies I deal with send junk mail that I do not want being pushed into my bb.

I'm not sure about other carriers, but Rogers has pretty decent filtering on their @rogers.blackberry.net accounts. I just forward my personal accounts to this and set the reply address to what I want. I very rarely get junk.
