Try changing the language on your Gmail account in the settings from UK English to US English and it should start to work. I had changed it on the BB and did not think to change it on the account.

I downloaded the entire suite and really like all of the products. Google Maps is one of the best map apps available.

One questions though, the Google link on the home screen always brings me to the pc version of the Google search page. I then need to click on the Mobile link, then on the Personalized Home Page to get to my Google mobile page. Is this a setting that needs to be changed? I love the personalized Google page, but it's a pain having to go through that to get to it.

Just make a bookmark to:

http://www.google.com/xhtml

That'll get right to the "hard & fast" mobile UI to get in and get your searches done. Typically I'm on the move and need to get my results right away...

Default copy from gmail app?

Can anyone tell me how to copy from the gmail app? It's such a critical feature that I can't believe that google left it out. Right now I have to forward the message to my bis account to copy any text from an email. If I try to forward in gmail, it only shows you a small part of the forwarded email.

I have not found a way to do it -- I also have the same problem with this part of the UI, I like to refer/copy part of the reply/forward when sending the email, and it's impossible.

Another shortcoming is that you can't change the 'from' with the mobile app like you can in the webUI. If you're replying to a mailing list that requires you send from a very specific email address it's impossible. :(

What's the latest version of Google Maps within the google suite? I'm showing 1.3.2 where Google Maps (stand-alone) is 1.5.1

I have 1.4.x loaded as well as 1.5.1 but I only use the later version. I couldn't find an easy way to just delete the older version when you have the suite installed.

I had 1.4.1 installed as part of the suite. The only difference I found by installing 1.5.1 was the added option of Bluetooth GPS device.
