Restore Default Ringtone

I got a bit carried away decided to see what it meant when it asked if I wanted to make the new outragious ringtone the default. Oops, now my BB is on vibrate at work and I really need to put back the original Cingular default. I'm on the enterprise thing and don't have a phones option so what do I do?
