I know this thread is very old, but I have a question. I have to prepare an advanced training class for users.

I'm trying to figure out what I consider advanced items to offer for a training.

I did the basic already, which consisted of creating an email, replying forwarding,

phone options calling from address book
saving contacts.
and general options, from "Options."

what should I show them now??? please help.

how about including "Installing/removing applications using DM and OTA." Quite a few ppl have trouble in installing / removing apps correctly, and end up screwing up the device!

EEK!!! You let your users install stuff? Oh lawd..

Another important thing to know is synching... backing up your data. You don't want them feeling like their world just turned upside down because all the important stuffs are lost.
