When I delete email from my 7100t, it doesnt delete the email from the BlackBerry email account even though I have the option for wireless deletion checked on the BlackBerry email profile page. Is anyone else having this problem? The help file on the web says:

1.On the Home screen, click the Messages icon. The Messages screen appears.
2.Click the trackwheel. A menu appears.
3.Click Options. The Message List Options screen appears.
4.In the Wireless Reconcile field, press the Space key until the On option appears

my 7100 doesnt have Wireless Reconcile, it says Email Reconcilliation and when I click on it, there are NO settings for me to change. A friend of mine has a 7230 and I believe the help file is for the 72xx series. Help please.
