Default Bluetooth Headset

Please Login to Remove!

I recently bought the BlackBerry Pearl 8100c from Cingular. I currently have a Motorola H300 headset for it, but am looking for a bluetooth headset with a built in battery. (H300 uses a AAA battery). Any suggestions?

Thanks

I just got the Plantronics 510. It's comfortable, responsive, pairs easily, and the battery life is impressive.

There are things I don't like about it, but I'm still trying to figure out if it's a limitation of the headset, the Pearl, or just user ignorance (mine), so I'm not commenting on those things at this time.

I use the Blackberry branded HS-655 by Plantronics. Works great. I do have to keep the phone and the headset on the same side of my body to avoid static but other than that I like it. it supports voice dialing nicely.

I have the HS-655 as well, it's my 1st blue tooth so I can't give any comparison but as far as my opinion about it, i think it's outstanding

John Clark/driftoholic,

What is your experience with using the HS-655 in public places, airports, busy streets, restaurants, driving in the car, etc? After reading the reviews here and other places, the noise cancellation seems to be the biggest con/complaint of the HS-655 and I wanted to get the "word on the street" as it were.

Thanks.
