Exclamation PocketMac creating calendars in iCal!!! Please Help...

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Guys

Im new here. I have a big problem. I had pocketmac 3 on my iMac G5 and it keeps creating new calendars in iCal by itself. The calendars are just called 'PocketMac' and are empty. I would appreciate any help on this matter. I am running Tiger. I have removed everything on the computer relating to pocketmac and i have reset the preferences for both iCal and iSync and nothing has worked.

Thanks

Danny

I'm also a blackberry/mac user. I've given up on ical-blackberry sync. in addition to the problem you mention, I've experienced many many more...I've contacted pocketmac support etc...they've offered no real solution.

I user PocketMac and iCal as well. There is the PocketMac calendar that gets created to sync events that were created on the BlackBerry. I have multiple calendars in iCal (Personal, Work, Doctors, etc.). When I create an event on my BlackBerry, I have it go to the PocketMac calendar on iCal so that I can move it to the correct category on my Mac. Unforunately BlackBerry does not support categories (cannot assign a category on the BlackBerry), so I do it this way. Hope this helps. You can change were events create on your BlackBerry go to by choosing Advanced Preferences under iCalCalendar. Then choose the category you want in the Default for mobile-device-created items. If you only have one category, then having the PocketMac category can be annoying. I use it in that way.
