Often when I go into apps such as media etc I get a spinning hourglass that can last a minute or so. I have over 20mb of free memory. I am on tmobile .64. It does not happen all the time but is annoying.

Try deleting your logs. Press Alt+lglg to get to the log and then press menu and clear the log. This may help a little.

I had the same problem until I installed the newest update.

Whenever mine does it (every 3 days or so) I just do the battery reset. Take the battery out with the phone on (not sure if that matters) for about 10 seconds.

Seems to work wonders on my phone.
