How do you use this map feature on the phone? Is it like a GPS, that gives your your location and directions? or is it pretty much like Map Quest, you type in start adress, end adress and it gives you directions there? Also, how do you use it? I can't figure it out...

You can use the maps without the GPS but it will be helpful to have it though.

I still using the maps without the GPS. I might end up getting it soon. You need the Bluetooth GPS.

geeks.com and look for bluetooth gps receivers. they are about $60 for the cheap ones. the cheap ones work well.

if you dont have gps, instead use berry411. when you enter an adress there it will pop up yahoo maps. little more convenient then maps, but with gps enabled bbmaps is awesome

Check out Google Maps, the aerial view is nice and so is local search. Just go to google on your device, append /gmm to the end of the address.
