Default Erasing call log and text messages???

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8700c and it is giving me some problems. I'm not sure if its because of the Zen theme or what, but everyday, sometimes every couple hours, my call log and text messages get deleted. My saved messages, PIN messages, and emails are still there, but not the text. It's becoming very frustrating because this is now the 3rd one I've had after replacing the other 2 with the same problem.

Anyone else have this problem or know what might cause this?

Thanks

It's probably a memory leak with the OS/Zen. It happened on my 7100g when I had that but haven't had any problems on my 8700. Try removing things you can get do away with. What OS are you running? Might have to do an upgrade.

I'm running 4.1 right now. Is there a newer one? Also, ever since I uploaded the Zen theme, my "M" shortcut for messages doesn't work either. The only way I can go to messages is to do the ALT and ESC button on the side and that brings up the messages icon along with like 4 other icons.

also check under your inbox>options>general options and see what the setting is under "keep messages" I have mine set to Forever, but yours could be different.

Jumpman,

Did you ever figure this out? I just noticed the same thing is happening to me. My messages are set to be kept forever.
(7100t with OS 4.1.0.309)
