We are running Groupwise 6.5 sp4 and BES 4.0.3.14
I can't seem to get the addressbook and the direct connect to sync. I've tried all the things they suggest @ blackberry.com. Any thoughts or help would be great. Thanks.

hey there, I found the article and did the steps...one question, or issue. When I Sync the PIM fields, the BES syncs the BBDCID to DCID. In the BB device the field I see is DC#, not DCID, so the DC does not sync. The PIN syncs great. Is there a way for me to change the DC# to DCID? I noticed the user defined properties and tried that but then is does not give the user the opportunity to click the number to DC. Thanks.
