It annoys me that every time I get a voicemail, I get the voicemail icon plus an extra message in my inbox that just says I have a voicemail. Is there a way to keep them out of my inbox?

Not certain if this will get rid of the voicemail notification, but it might, so try Phone ->Options ->Call Logging: None.

This still has the voice memo still showing up in the messages folder. I don't believe there is a way to keep the voicemail out of the messages folder. (if you find a way please post it)

Yeah - On the Vodafone Today theme, it shows up under SMS messages as well... I'm guessing thats how the network notifies the handheld of a new vmail

Post a screen shot. Might be a VZ thing. i have my options set to missed calls so I see who called then with the VM indicator might know who left the message.
