The BG is usually in and out at random times. He has a very busy schedule and tries to make time when he can for us BBF members.

BG is like the John Conner of the Blackberry world. I would gladly warp back in time to protect him from killer assassin robots. Can't wait for that 8800 btw. I hope it has a camera.

Red face Wifi please!

I’m also waiting for the 8800, as I found the 8100 to be too small to comfortably maneuver in my average size hands. I can go either way with predictive text or QWERTY although the device has to be large enough to hold without me dropping the dang thing. If I were buying a new BB today, it would likely be the 7130 but the WiFi is definitely worth waiting for.

I talk to him every day - he's not gone anywhere ...just nothing going on in the BlackBerry world right now. Give it a few more weeks.

I agree - not called for at all. None of us would know squat about upcoming releases if it weren't for him. We'd all be hearing about somebody who knows somebody who talked to someone on a plane. Instead, we get real pictures with real devices.

Yeah WiFi would be great. I like smaller phones though so I like the 8100 but SureType is a deal breaker for me on it so I will treasure my 8700c and patiently wait for the 8800.

If you've been involved in the RIM stock thread the above post was very funny!!

He'll no doubt be back when he's ready to give RIM their next marketing headache to deal with, and make them even more paranoid than they've recently become from leaks!!!

It's natural that some will have hard feelings about BG's leaks... =)

I'm not 100% that the 'leaks' were infact 'leaks' but maybe they loosened their lips just enough NOT to sink the ship, yet to notify the buying public (otherwise known as CrackBerry Addicts) that there was a new 'toy' on the horizon and let JUST enough info flow to wet the lips of said buying public.

He's an immature attention seeker who imperils himself and those who feed him information.

That's one of those opinions that you should just keep to yourself. Weren't you ever taught 'if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all'?

I'm pretty sure the majority of the members here, including myself, appreciate the information he provides to this forum.

I'm going to knock this on the head. If you feel you have a general grevience with any of the mod team here then you need to either alert another mod or Guess (forum owner) and inform them with linked examples to threads or PM's you may have been sent. Please don't use a forum thread to have a pop at someone.

I appreciate why some people love the information BG presents and likewise why some don't, but unless you're unhappy with the way a forum mod (or user for that matter) treats you, then there's nothing else to it.
