How about Nextel? Can the number of rings be changed?

Thanks!

The correct way to format a "61" command is this.

You will need to know your voicemail phone number (UK T-Mobile is 447959118207) the 44 is the country code and you drop the first zero of the standard voicemail number if applicable.

So the correct command will be:

*61*447959118207**25#

Then press send.

The 25 at the end, is the number of seconds before diversion to voicemail. up to 25 seconds.

What is the default time before diversion to voicemail - would like to try and if I don't find it too useful return back to the default.

THANKS!

Default Nextel 7520 Rings

I guess I answered my own question by calling Nextel. By default, all Nextel phones ring about 2-3 times. If you call Customer Care, anyone can request a free feature to be added called "Extended Ring Option". The change was immediate and my BB rings 5-6 times now.

Hopes this helps Nextel BB users!
