I spoke with A rep over at WDG (T-Mobile)

And he confirmed that tethering with A Windows ME OS has been accomplished in the past using pre requisit VRSP drivers.

This will allow windows to communicate with the blackberry correctly.

I am in the process of aquiring these drivers.
