I've got a user on a 7100x who is asking if the time before a call goes to voicemail can be increased. She is saying that often by the time she gets it out of its holster the call is gone.

Anyone got any thoughts or experience on this, or know how its done.

One of my past phones would send callers to voicemail earlier if I had many missed calls and unopened voicemails, assuming I am too busy to answer.
