Its has 32 mb of memory but my free memory is only 1mb. What the hell. How can i free up memory and what programs should i get to get thefull effect of my new blackberry. I never had a blackberry before sorry if these are noob questions

What the hell. This isn't HoFo.

First thing to do is pop the battery to reset it.
Delete any applications you are not using.
Delete any themes you are not using.
Delete the BB logs (ALT LGLG from the home screen)

how do i delete the themes. they appear to be locked? I have 4 themes installed when i got my blackberry 7105t

Those are your default themes and should not be deleted. You will end up with a black and white stick figure theme and when you scroll the icons will bleed on top of one another and it just looks horrible. If you delete those, you will have to wipe and reload the OS to get it working right again. I've done that before by accident.
