Default sent message on outlook shows up on blackberry unit

Please Login to Remove!

We upgraded to BES 4.1 recently. One of the "feature" is the emails sent on outlook appear on the blackberry unit. Is there a way to disable it on a per user basis? Some of our users do not like this "feature".

Thanks!

If your handhelds are running 4.1, they can simply go into Messages --> Options --> General Options --> and Hide Sent Messages I believe.

That will also hide messages sent FROM the BB.
To prevent sent from Outlook appearing in the Messages folder, do the following:

Messages -> Options -> EMail Settings -> Folder Redirection

Expand the "Mailbox - Name:
Remove the check mark next to Sent Items
