Up until today, I've not encountered this problem. However, today I was cleaning up (deleting) older email messages. Meesages sent or received June 1 or later deleted no problem. Messages sent or received prior to June 1 will not delete.

I'm a Bell Mobility subscriber (Toronto, ON, Canada), but am currently travelling in Pennsylvania area (Pittsburgh).

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

I've resent Service Books successfully, and it did not solve the problem.

Nothing - no error message, and emails remain in inbox

To be completely clear: emails remain on your blackberry, or you can not delete them from WebClient?

Sorry if this is obvious, but have you tried popping the battery out and back in to reboot it?

Yes - on BIS 2.0 web client, there are no mail boxes, unlike the older web client. Customer support at Bell's only suggestion is to wipe the handheld and resynch with Outlook.

Tried that too, no change. Messages dated 5/31 or older cannot be deleted.

May be you should follow suggestion from Bell customer support. This issue is very unusual.
