Howdy - Have a 8700 and have updated latest desktop software. Am missing the 'Reconcile Now' option in messages and have no options under 'Email Reconcilation' in email options. Anyone know how to get them back? I've updated as I said!!

Resend the service books or redo the Enterprise Activation (if applicable).
