Greetings everyone.

I am curious to know what the best way is to share comments with the programmers at RIM who create BlackBerry devices and author their software (OS, Apps, etc.).

I've posted a few questions regarding bugs I've been experiencing since installing the latest OS update, and I've had some replies for which I'm grateful. That said, I'd certainly like to share comments and suggestions with the BB software authors in which I might share my experiences with software bugs and such. Granted, they probably know already, but the volume of criticisms they receive might push them to resolve the issues more quickly (at least one would hope!).

So.....

What is the BEST (read: most direct) way to share comments with the software writers at RIM?

Yeah, it might not make much difference, but I'm willing to give it a go. My intent is not to whine and complain, but to "help."
