I have over 130 contacts on bb chat and lots of them are inactive and no longer in use.

What is the best way to discover and remove inactive pins from bb chat?

I send out a mass message every 3-4 months. Whoever doesn't answer in a day, gets deleted.

You can also set up a contact heading like "Going to Delete" and move people who you suspect as being inactive into that heading and just delete them every 30 days or something.

You would think Blackberry would add some sort of tool that would eliminate the guess work involved lol
