i had a tourch and playbook that all worked fine then got new bold 9790 and followed the instructions for swapping data from old to new phone now i cant get onto app world or log in my id as its says username not recognised though everything else including bbm works fine ...also locked out of my playbook as it also says wrong username as well. while transfering phone i never changed email or password settings for my blackberry id have looked everywhere but seen no support on either issue any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
